Shipping 

Mills is a small start up business with an aim to make a difference in the clothing industry. That being said we currently only ship within the UK & Australia with plans to expand overseas in good time, but while we research the best way to do this you can shop freely on mills the label from the UK & AUS

UK shipping charges 

Royal Mail Standard 3-5 working days, tracked  £4.50

Royal Mail First Class 1-2 working days, tracked  £5.50

Australia shipping charges 

Standard Fedex 3-17 working days £8.50

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the value of local customs and import duties payable on individual orders. We recommend you contact your local customs offices before placing your order. We are not liable for payment of any customs duties on your order and any orders returns to us due to refusal of customs duties will be refunded net of shipping fees both to and from your destination.

Returns 

we do not offer free returns. We recommend reviewing our size guide which can be found at the bottom of each product page before buying.  

The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping, please maintain proof of postage in the event of a delay.

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping fees) within 28 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be unused with all packaging and labels in tact. All returned items will be checked thoroughly once they have reached us. In the event we receive the item back marked or stained (e.g. deodorant, make up, fake tan or bodily fluids) the item will not be refunded and will be returned back to the customer. 

Each item is checked thoroughly before it is sent out, but in the rare case you receive a faulty product please email jodie@millsthelabel.com and a member of the team will be able to help you with your enquiry.
